Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Louisville, Kentucky

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) steel mini storage buildings for a customer in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2014.

Tan in color with burnished slate trim, both buildings are covered by Galvalume roofs that have 0.5:12 roof pitches, and feature brand-new, eye-catching bronze doors that only recently became available.

Building A stands 20’x70’x10.5’and has (5) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (4) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, while Building B stands 20’x80’x11.5’ and has (6) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (4) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ openings.

Between them, the buildings have a total of (19) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage roll-up doors, and additional project features include (2) Kentucky engineer-stamped drawings, as well as, gutters and downspouts. In consideration of the typical climate of Louisville, both buildings were constructed with a wind speed of 115 lbs., a ground snow load of 30 lbs, and a roof snow load of 21 lbs.

Louisville, Kentucky is often referred to as the “Gateway to the South,” and is located within Jefferson County, in north-central Kentucky. It lies about 14 miles from Mt. Washington and 10 miles from Hillview.
