Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Laramie, Wyoming

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) prefabricated steel mini storage buildings for a customer in Laramie, Wyoming, in early October of 2013.

Together, the buildings serve as a mini storage complex. The first, Building A, stands 30’x132’x10.75’, while Buildings B and C are equal in size and stand 46’140’x8.5’. All (3) buildings have durable metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches. Distributed throughout the buildings are rentable storage units varying in size. These include (11) 12’x30’ units with 10’x10’ openings along the high side, (16) 5’x5’ units with 4’x7’ openings, (13) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (13) 10’x10’ units, also with 9’x7’ framed openings. Also included are (25) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ openings, (1) 5’x10’ unit with a 3’x7’ opening, (16) 5’x5’ units with 4’x7’ openings and (26) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ openings.

The buildings also house (2) 6’ wide painted hallway systems with 4’x7’ openings at both ends. Additionally, distributed among the units are (85) 4’x7’ mini storage doors, (64) 9’x7’ mini storage doors and (11) 10’x10’ mini storage doors. Preassembled walk doors are also a part of this project, and there are (4) 4’x7’ and (1) 3’x7’ walk doors with closers and mortise lock sets.

To enhance durability with respect to the typical weather patterns seen in the Laramie area, these buildings feature wind ratings of 90 mph C and ground snow loads of 30 lbs.

A part of southern Wyoming’s Albany County, the city of Laramie is located about 49.5 miles from Cheyenne and 19.5 miles outside Bosler.
