Mini Storage Building Kits in Pueblo, Colorado

Mini Storage Outlet supplied these (5) prefabricated metal buildings in Pueblo, Colorado, in late June of 2017.

Attractive, low maintenance and exceedingly energy efficient, the buildings together function as a mini storage facility. The buildings feature exterior access storage units, climate controlled units, and RV storage units. They are all Desert Tan in color with durable, complementing Burnished Slate-colored roofs.

The (5) buildings differ when it comes to size and purpose. The first building stands 55’x280’x9.5’ and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch, it has also has (6) 12″ base and eave steps , additions that were included to accommodate the land slope. The second building stands 50’x56’x16’ in size, and its roof has a 3:12 pitch. The third building boasts a finished size of 50’x57’x10’, and its rugged, durable metal roof has a 3:12 roof pitch. It has an R-30 insulation banding system in the roof  and 6″ wall insulation making it extremely energy efficient. The fourth building houses climate controlled, indoor storage units. It is 30’x280’x8.5′ in size with a .5:12 roof pitch, and features a roof moisture barrier. (5) 12″ steps were another custom addition to this building. The fifth building was designed for RV storage and has a finished size of 50’x100’x16′ with a 3:12 roof pitch.

A high-performance insulation package is among the project’s additional attributes, which helps keep users and stored goods cool in the summer and warm in the winter while slashing energy costs for the storage complex owner.

Distributed throughout the (5) metal mini storage buildings are (223) framed openings varying in size, among them (12) 12’x14′ framed openings equipped with (12) 12’x14′ overhead doors with jamb seals, (124) 9’x7’ framed openings with (124) 9’x7’ mini storage doors, (63) 4’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (63) 4’x7’ mini storage doors, (18) 4070 framed openings featuring (18) 4070 doors, (2) 10’x8′ and (1) 10’x7′ overhead doors with electric operators & wireless keypads, and (3) 3070 framed openings, each enclosing one of (3) 3070 walk doors. All of the buildings have gutters and downspouts add to aid in condensation control.

To enhance overall durability given Pueblo’s distinct seasonal climate patterns, a 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional project features.
