Made of top-quality steel components, the (2) buildings are tan in color, and together, they function as a mini storage facility. The first building stands 55’x280’x9.5’ in size once fully erect, and the second building is 50’x56’x16’ in size. Covering both structures are rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and distributed among them are (140) framed openings varying by size and purpose. Included are (29) 4’x7’ openings featuring (29) 4’x7’ mini storage doors, (100) 9’x7’ openings, each equipped with one of (100) 9’x7’ mini storage doors, (5) 12’x14’ openings with (5) 12’x14’ doors, and finally, (6) 4070 framed openings enclosing (6) 4070 doors.
