Together, they serve as a mini storage complex. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel materials, the complex includes (3) 24’x60’x8.5’ buildings, (2) 24’x96’x8.5’ buildings and (1) 24’x264’x8.5’ building. All (6) buildings are tan in color, and they are all covered and protected overhead by rugged Galvalume metal roofs with 1:12 pitches and brown paint. Distributed throughout the buildings are a total of (94) framed openings. Included are (20) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (20) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (26) 4’x7’ framed openings enclosing (26) 10’x7’ Janus Model 6550 mini storage doors and (48) 10’x8’ framed openings enclosing (48) 10’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

To help prevent condensation within the mini storage complex low while helping stored goods maintain favorable temperatures, R-10 insulation is installed within the building’s roof.
