Desert tan in color and highly durable and functional by design, the building is covered overhead by a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. The mini storage facility stands 50’x90’x15’ in size, and it boasts (12) 12’x14’ framed openings inside. In consideration of the typical weather patterns common throughout Sedalia and the surrounding area, the building also features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a high snow load of 50 lbs.
