Regency Steel Buildings provided this prefabricated steel mini storage building for a customer in Fort Collins, Colorado, in February of 2016.
Constructed from top-quality steel components, the durable, low-maintenance mini storage building stands 30’x130’x8.5’ in size when fully erect. Its roof is made of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch, which is standard for mini storage buildings. Inside the complex are a total of (31) framed openings, among them (6) 4’x7’ openings and (25) 9’x7’ openings. These enclose (6) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (25) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. Additionally, the mini storage building is designed with a wind speed of 115 mph and a high snow load of 43 lbs. These inclusions were made given the standard weather patterns seen throughout the Fort Collins area.
Set within Larimer County in north-central Colorado, Fort Collins lies about 15 miles outside Loveland and 14 miles from Wellington.
