Regency Steel Buildings was the supplier of these (4) prefabricated metal mini storage buildings in Meridian, Idaho in mid-February of 2017.
Robust, attractive and easy to maintain, the buildings are crafted using premium-quality steel materials, and they together serve as a mini storage facility. All (4) buildings boast durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, though some of them differ in size. The first building is 40’x160’x8.5’, and the second structure stands 50’x160’x8.5’. The third and fourth metal mini storage buildings are of equal size, with both standing 45’x160’x8.5’.
The buildings of the mini storage complex have (272) framed openings among them, which include (76) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (76) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (196) 9’x7’ framed openings, each equipped with one of (196) 9’x7’ mini storage doors. To improve overall durability given the distinct seasonal differences and sometimes-ample wintertime snowfall seen throughout Idaho, this mini storage complex boasts a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs.
This mini storage complex is situated about 19 miles from Boise and roughly 11 miles outside Nampa.
