Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (4) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings for a customer in Ammon, Idaho, in March, 2016.
Together, they operate as the Too Many Toys Storage mini storage complex. The first three buildings are all equal in size, and they stand 30’x150’x8.5’, while the fourth and final building stands 40’x150’x8.5’ when fully erect. All (4) buildings have rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches. Distributed amongst the buildings are (128) framed openings, which include (12) that are 4’x7’ and (116) that are 9’x7’ in size. Also included are (12) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 doors and (116) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 doors.
In consideration of the typical climate of the Ammon area, the mini storage complex is constructed with a wind speed of 115 mph and a high snow load of 47 lbs. A part of southeastern Idaho’s Bonneville County, the city of Ammons is located about 15 miles from Rigby and 5 miles outside Idaho Falls.
