The white mini storage building measures 40’x70’x8’6’’ and has a roof pitch of ½:12. It has 28 self-storage units outfitted with twelve 9×7 framed openings and eight 4×7 framed openings. The steel building also has solar guard roof insulation which was installed for climate control. This steel building is rated to withstand a wind load of 90mph and a snow load of 35GSL.
It is located about 15 miles from Waterloo and 135 miles from Des Moines in Black Hawk County.
