Now functioning as a mini storage facility, the durable, easy-to-maintain mini storage building boasts a finished size of 40’x100’x8.5,’ and a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch protects the goods stored inside the structure from above. Distributed throughout the storage complex are (110) 9’x7′ framed openings, each equipped with one of (110) 9’x7′ mini storage doors, and the facility also features several accommodations made in consideration of Buffalo’s often cold, snowy climate and variable weather patterns.
