Regency Steel Buildings secured this pair of prefabricated steel self- storage buildings on behalf of a buyer in Mountain Home, Arkansas, in late August of 2019.
Together, the (2) steel structures create a mini storage facility. Rugged and exceedingly durable, the first and larger of the (2) mini storage buildings stands 50’x310’x16’ in size, while the second offers a fully erect size of 50’x300’x16’. Because both storage buildings have high clearance, they are ideal for storing items and assets in a wide range of sizes, and each one features a robust and corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume steel panels overhead.
The facility boasts (40) rentable storage units throughout its grounds, and each unit features one of (40) 12’x14’ overhead openings enclosing (40) 12’x14’ overhead doors. The self-storage business also features (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door and several additional customizations made in adherence to local building code requirements, among them a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind load.
Located in the southern Ozark Mountains, not far from the Missouri border, the city of Mountain Home is a part of Arkansas’ Baxter County. The community lies about 151 miles north of Little Rock and about 126 miles outside Jonesboro.
