Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of pre-engineered steel mini storage buildings for a customer in Vancleave, Mississippi in July of 2020.
Low-maintenance and engineered to last, the (2) Regency Storage Systems steel buildings together serve as a self-storage facility. Both feature attractive, painted exteriors, and the first mini storage building is 20’x200’x8.5’, and the second, 30’x200’x8.5’. Overhead, both buildings feature rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and distributed between the (2) steel mini storage buildings are (55) rentable storage units.
In the first mini storage building, there are (6) 5’x10’ storage units, each of which has one of (6) 4’x7’ framed door openings. There are also (37) 10’x10’ units, each of which has one of (37) 9’x7’ framed door openings. The second mini storage building contains (6) 5’x10’ units with (6) 4’x7’ framed openings and (6) 10’x15’ units, each of which has one of (6) 9’x7’ framed openings.
Filling those framed openings are (12) 9’x7’ Model 750 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches and (75) 9’x7’ Model 750 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches. All doors are Apple Lime Cocktail in color.
The mini storage buildings also feature gutters and downspouts, which help protect assets stored inside by diverting water away from their roofs and foundations, and high, 158-mph wind loads in accordance with local building codes. Located in southeastern Mississippi, Vancleave is part of Jackson County and the Pascagoula metro area. It sits 18 miles northwest of Pascagoula and about 20 miles northeast of Biloxi.
