Durable, secure and easy to maintain, the Regency Steel mini storage building now operates as a self-storage facility and has (26) separate storage units available for rent. Boasting an attractive, painted exterior, the steel storage building is 40’x110’x9.5’ in size, and overhead, it has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a mild 0.5:12 pitch.
Inside the mini storage building are (2) 10’x10’ storage units featuring (2) 8’6”x8’ framed openings, (2) 10’x10’ units with (2) 9’x8’ framed openings and (22) 10’x20’ storage units, each featuring one of (22) 9’x8’ framed openings. Each storage unit has its own point of access and distributed throughout the self-storage center are (2) 8’6”x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors, and (24) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel chateau bezel latches.
Additional customizations include wainscoting along the end wall, which enhances the building’s aesthetics, gutters and downspouts, which prevent damage caused by moisture, and DripX condensation control, which also helps protect the mini storage building against water damage. A 115-mph wind load and a 35-pound snow load are additional features that comply with appropriate building codes.
Located in southern Minnesota, Belle Plaine is part of Scott County. It sits about 40 minutes southwest of Minneapolis and about 40 miles northeast of Mankato.
