Regency Steel Buildings provided these (3) prefabricated mini storage buildings for a customer in Bend, Oregon.

Together, the trio of buildings serve as a mini storage complex. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel materials, the first building stands 10’x110’x8.08’, while the second stands 20’x290’x7.76’. The third and final building stands 30’x210’x8.5’, and all (3) buildings boast hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs. The first pair of buildings have 0.5:12 roof pitches, while the third building’s roof has a 3:12 pitch. Distributed throughout the mini storage complex are (155) framed openings varying in terms of size and function. Included are (24) 4’x8’ openings enclosing (24) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (102) 8’x7’ openings harboring (102) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (29) 9’x7’ openings, each with one of (29) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

Additional features of this mini storage project include a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 110 mph. These inclusions were made in consideration of the climate and weather patterns typical of the Bend area.
