Five Mini Storage Building Kits in The Dalles, Oregon

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (5) prefabricated steel mini storage buildings in The Dalles, Oregon.

The (5) buildings are all tan in color, and together, they create a mini storage complex. They are all covered from above by rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and they vary in terms of size. The first building, Building A, stands 45’x190’x8.5’ in size, while Building B stands 50’x160’x8.5’. Building C is 40’x240’x8.5’, while Building D stands 30’x140’x8.5’. The fifth and final building, Building E, boasts a finished size of 30’x100’x8.5’.

Distributed among the buildings are a total of (190) framed openings that vary in size and function. These include (165) 9’x7’ openings equipped with (165) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (17) 4’x7’ openings, each adorned with one of (17) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (8) 6.5’x7’ openings equipped with (8) 6.5’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

To help prevent moisture buildup,  4” of VRR-faced insulation was installed within the roofs of the buildings. Wind speeds of 115 mph and snow loads of 34 lbs. were also included during construction in consideration of the typical climate of The Dalles area.

The largest city in north-central Oregon’s Wasco County, The Dalles lies about 130 miles outside Bend and 73 miles from Gresham.
