Regency Steel Buildings supplied this steel mini storage building in Olyphant, Pennsylvania, in 2015.

Boasting light stone-colored walls and trim with complementing green doors, the mini storage building stands 20’x45’x8.5’ and is covered overhead by a durable roof with a 05:12 roof pitch. Inside are (6) rentable storage units of varying sizes, among them (2) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, (2) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (2) 10’x20’ units, also with 9’x7’ openings. All (6) units have one of (6) 9’x7’ model 650 mini storage doors with accompanying stainless steel latches.

Inside the building’s roof is a 2 5/8” roof vapor barrier to help prevent the formation of condensation. Additional project features include gutters and downspouts, 29-gauge partition panels with galvalume finishes, wedge anchors and fasteners, and Pennsylvania engineer-stamped drawing plans. A wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 43 lbs. and a roof snow load of 30.1 lbs. were engineered during construction in consideration of the typical weather patterns of the area.

A borough in eastern Pennsylvania’s Lackawanna County, Olyphant sits about 8 miles northeast of Scranton and 7 miles outside Archbald.
