These three metal mini storage buildings were supplied by Regency Steel Buildings in 2008 and 2011 and now operate as a mini storage facility in Cheraw, South Carolina.
The first of the (3) buildings sized 20x150x8.5 with a galvalume roof and .5:12 roof pitch it was purchased in 2008. The steel building features (30) 10×10 units with 9×7 roll-up doors.
In 2011 two additional buildings were purchased both sized 20x100x8.6 with .5:21 roof pitch. Building A has a total of (40) 5×10 units. Building B has (2) 10×20 units and (16) 10×10 units. Both self-storage buildings feature a combination of 4×7 and 9×7 Model 650 Janus doors. All three buildings on the property include 2 5/8” roof insulation to prevent condensation.
Cheraw often referred to as the “Prettiest Town in Dixie,” is located along the Pee Dee River in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. It lies 41 miles from Florence and 171 miles outside Charleston.
