Regency Steel Buildings provided these (2) pre-engineered steel self-storage buildings for a client in Lewisburg, Tennessee, in late January of 2018.
Rugged, economical and easy to erect, the (2) buildings together serve as a self-storage facility. The first stands 10’x250’x8.5’ in size, and the second, 20’x100’x8.5’ upon erection, and both feature rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead.
Distributed throughout the low-maintenance steel storage facility are (34) framed openings, among them (4) 4’x7’ openings featuring (4) 4’x7’ walk doors and (30) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (30) 9’x7’ metal mini storage doors. A 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as supplemental features added with regard for the climate considerations and building code requirements in place in the Lewisburg area.
Situated within the hills of Southern Middle Tennessee, Lewisburg falls within the borders of Marshall County. The community sits about 50 miles south of Nashville and about 52 miles outside Huntsville, Alabama.
