Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) preconstructed metal mini storage buildings for a client in Cookeville, Tennessee, in early May of 2018.

Featuring premium-quality steel construction to maximize strength and durability, the buildings together function as a self-storage facility. Rugged and built to last, the first building stands 20’x140’x8.5’ in size, while the second building stands 10’x120’x8.5’ in size once fully erect. The third and final building boasts a finished size of 40’x120’x8.5’, and all (3) buildings feature rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead.

Distributed throughout the (3) metal mini storage buildings are (49) framed openings, which include (48) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (48) 9’x7’ mini storage doors and (1) 10’x7’ opening equipped with (1) 10’x7’ steel door. The self-storage complex also features a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating; accommodations made in compliance with local building codes and in consideration of the climate patterns typical of Cookeville and the surrounding Tennessee landscape.
