Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) pre-engineered self-storage buildings for a customer located in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Both buildings are crafted from premium-grade steel materials, and together, they serve as a mini storage complex. The first building stands 15’x60’x8.5’ in size, while the second stands 10’x60’x8.5’. Both are covered and protected overhead by hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches, and distributed between them are (12) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (12) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
A wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. serve as additional mini storage project features and were included with respect for the climate and weather patterns typical of Kingsport and the surrounding area.
Located in northeastern Tennessee, the city of Kingsport has land in Sullivan, Hawkins and Washington Counties. It is located about 101 miles outside Knoxville and 85 miles outside Asheville, North Carolina.
