Robust and low maintenance, the structure stands 30’x150’x8.5’ in size when fully erect. Crafted from premium-quality steel materials, the building now functions as a mini storage complex, and its interior is protected by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.

Interior features include (38) framed openings, among them (12) 4’x7’ openings equipped with (12) 4’x7’ doors and (26) 9’x7’ openings, each equipped with one of (26) 9’x9’ openings. To enhance the overall durability of the mini storage facility given the weather and climate patterns characteristic of the Texarkana area, a snow load of 20 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional project features.

A part of northeastern Texas’ Bowie County, the city of Texarkana is a part of the Ark- La – Tex region, and it borders neighboring Texarkana, Arkansas. The city sits about 116 miles outside Tyler and about 94 miles from Paris.
