Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) metal mini storage buildings for a buyer in Texarkana, Texas in 2008.
Together, they operate as a mini storage facility for Texarkana Metal Building Supply. The first and second of the (3) buildings stand 25’x80’x8.6’, and the third stands 25’x210’x8.6’. All three have 0.5:12 roof pitches. Buildings A and B offer a combined (22) units, (10) of which are 5’x10’ with 4’x7’ framed openings, (6) of which are 10’x10’ with 9’x7’ framed openings, and the remaining (6) all sized 10’x15’ with 9’x7’ openings. Building C features (10) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings, (19) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ openings and an additional (19) 10’x15’ units, also with 9’x7’ openings. Among them, the buildings house (62) 9’x7’ mini storage doors, and (30) 4’x7’ mini storage doors.
Additional mini storage building features include gutters and downspouts, a Texas engineer’s seal and 29-gauge Panel Loc partitions with a Galvalume finish. The structure was also built with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 21 lbs. and a roof snow load of 30 lbs. to ensure maximum durability regardless of climate conditions.
