This 30’x110’x8.5’ CSW-brand mini storage building was purchased from Regency Steel Buildings in 2011. It was erected in Colorado City, Texas a small, 5.3 square mile city situated in Mitchell County, located about 221 miles from Fort Worth and 69 miles outside Abilene.
The metal mini storage building features a total of twenty-five Janus 650 roll-up doors, nineteen sized 9’x7’ and six 4’x7’. It was constructed with a wind load of 90 C and a ground snow load (GSL) of 30 lbs. and includes both gutters and downspouts.
