Intended for use as a self-storage facility, the (5) buildings offer premium protection for stored assets and provide their owner with a reliable source of income generated by renting out units in exchange for a monthly fee. All (5) mini storage buildings differ in size and offer different storage capabilities, with the first standing 40’x148’x14’, the second, 35’x154’x14’, and the third, 30’x140’x8.5’. The fourth metal mini storage building offers a finished size of 30’x170’x12’, while the fifth and final building stands 40’x22’x14’.
