Regency Steel Buildings provided this pre-engineered metal mini storage building for a buyer in Ephraim, Utah, in August of 2016.

Light stone in color and made from top-of-the-line steel components, the mini storage building boasts a finished size of 40’x180’x10’. Overhead is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside of the building are a total of (4) framed openings. These include (36) 9’x8’ openings adorned with Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and an additional (4) 4’x8’ openings equipped with (4) 4’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. In consideration of the typical climate of Ephraim and the surrounding region, a snow load of 45 lbs. and a wind speed of 115 mph are included as additional project features.

A city set within central Utah’s Sanpete County, Ephraim is home to Snow College. The city lies about 66 miles outside Spanish Fork and about 34 miles from Salina.
