Five Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in West Jordan, Utah

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (5) pre-engineered metal buildings for a customer in West Jordan, Utah, in June of 2016.

All (5) buildings boast desert sand-colored paint and are crafted from high-end steel materials, and together, they serve as a mini storage complex. Building A stands 10’x70’x8.08’ in size, while Building B is 10’x140’x8.08’. Building C is 20’x150’x8.5’, while Building D stands 25’165’x8.5’ in size. The fifth and final building, Building E, stands 20’x115’x8.5’ once fully erect, and all buildings are covered and protected overhead by hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches. Distributed throughout the buildings are (105) framed openings, including (104) 9’x7’ openings and (1) 4’x7’ opening.

In consideration of the climate and weather patterns common throughout West Jordan and the surrounding region, a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 43 lbs. serve as additional mini storage project features.

A part of Salt Lake County in north-central Utah, the city of West Jordan is situated about 9 miles from West Valley and 8 miles outside Sandy.
