Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered mini storage building for a customer located in Hooper, Utah, in July of 2016.
Now a mini storage complex, the building is crafted from high-end steel materials and stands 50’x108’x10’ in size. Overhead, protecting the structure is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Distributed throughout the building are (18) 10’x8’ framed openings, each of which is covered by one of (18) 10’x8’ Janus roll-up mini storage doors. Additionally, this mini storage project features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs.
A small city set within northern Utah’s Weber County, Hooper is a part of the Ogden – Clearfield, Utah, metropolitan statistical area. It lies about 53 miles outside Sandy and 11 miles from Ogden.
