Light stone in color, the mini storage building stands 30’x120’x8.5’ once fully erect and is covered overhead by a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the building contains (28) framed openings. These include (6) 3’x7’ openings equipped with (6) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (22) 8’x7’ openings adorned with (22) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
In consideration of the typical climate of the Swanton area, the mini storage project features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 28 lbs. A small town set within northern Vermont’s Franklin County, Stanton is situated about 73 miles outside Montpelier and 37 miles from Burlington.
