Regency Steel Buildings provided this prefabricated mini storage building for a customer located in Fairmont, West Virginia, in early May, 2016.
Durable, low maintenance and gray in color, the building now serves as a mini storage complex and stands 20’x70’x8.5’ in size. It is covered overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and inside the storage building are (7) 9’x7’ openings. All of these enclose one of (7) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.
To enhance the overall durability of the storage complex with respect for the typical climate of the Fairmont area, a snow load of 43 lbs. and a wind speed of 115 mph serve as additional project features. A part of north-central West Virginia’s Marion County, the city of Fairmont lies about 95 miles outside Parkersburg and 20 miles outside Morgantown.
