Boasting red oxide paint and durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 1:12 pitches overhead, the two buildings together serve as a mini storage complex. Crafted from top-quality steel components, the first building stands 70’x115’9.5’ in size, while the second stands 30’x90’x8.5’. Distributed between the buildings are a total of (92) framed openings, all of which are 8’x7’ and all of which enclose one of (92) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. Also included are (5) 4’x7’ walk doors featuring panic hardware, a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. The latter inclusions were made to enhance durability with respect to the typical climate of Lynchburg and the surrounding region.
