Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings for a customer in West Monroe, Louisiana, in February of 2016.
The buildings boast attractive, light stone-colored paint and collectively, they now serve as a mini storage complex. The first of the three buildings stands 20’x50’x8.5’, while the second is 20’x80’x8.5’ in size. The third and final building is 30’x100’x8.5’, and all (3) buildings are covered overhead by long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches. All storage units inside have accompanying 9’x7’ doors with stainless steel latches.
In consideration of the climate patterns typical of West Monroe and the surrounding region, the buildings have wind speeds of 115 mph and snow loads of 20 lbs.
Located in Ouachita Parish along the banks of the Ouachita River, the city of West Monroe sits about 60 miles outside Winnfield and about 14 miles outside Calhoun.
