Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer located in Hessel, Michigan, in late April, 2016.

Standing 40’x60’x8.5’ in size, the building boasts charcoal-colored paint and is crafted from high-end steel materials. Its roof overhead has a 0.5:12 roof pitch and is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal. Inside the steel mini storage building are (12) 9’x7’ framed openings, all of which feature one of (12) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. In consideration of the typical weather patterns in Hessel, a high snow load of 60 lbs. serves as an additional project feature.

An unincorporated community north of Marquette Island, Hessel falls within Clark Township in Michigan’s Mackinac County. A part of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Hessel is situated about 56 miles outside Cheboygan and about 34 miles from Sault Ste. Marie.
