Regency Steel Buildings supplied this steel mini storage building in Gaylord, Michigan, in July of 2015.

Both the building and doors of the 20’x90’x8.5’ mini storage building are green with blue trim, and overhead is a roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Designed with the location’s high elevation, extremely variable temperatures and ample seasonal snowfall in mind, the building was engineered with a wind speed of 115 mph, a ground snow load of 60 lbs. and a roof snow load of 42 lbs.

Also included in the building project are roof and wall sheeting, trim and bracing, all bolts, screws and hardware, a sealant package and an erection guide that thoroughly details the erection process. The steel mini storage complex also features gutters and downspouts, (18) 9’x7’ Janus model 650 roll-up doors with stainless steel latches, (1) slab layout and (1) Bare ZAC long-life roof fastener. Michigan engineer-stamped building permit drawings are also included.

Located in Otsego County in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, Gaylord sits about 13 miles from Johannesburg and 13 miles from Waters.
