Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Bark River, Michigan

Supplied by Regency Steel Buildings in October, 2011 these two metal mini storage buildings are now a part of a mini storage facility in Bark River, Michigan.

The first of the two structures is 12x120x8.6 and the second is 20x100x8.6. Both are gold in color with hunter green roofs and have higher than normal roof pitches, at 1:12. Additionally, each building has a total of (10) 9×7 doors.

Both mini storage buildings were constructed with wind loads of 90 mph, roof snow loads of 20 lbs. and ground snow loads of 30 lbs. The snow loads are high because Bark River sees an average snowfall of about 45” which is 20” more than the national annual average of 25”.

The unincorporated community of Bark River is located in Delta County, Michigan, about 12 miles from Escanaba and 76 miles outside Marquette.
