Now serving as a self-storage center, the (2) pre-engineered metal buildings are comprised of top-of-the-line steel components, delivering unwavering strength and reliability. The first building stands 30’x120’x10’ in size and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch, while the second building boasts a finished size of 30’x140’x10’, and it, too, has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Copper in color with matching copper-colored roofs, the buildings offer (77) framed openings between them, which include (76) 9’x9’ openings enclosing (76) 9’x9’ mini storage doors and (1) 9’x7’ opening harboring (1) 9’x7’ door
The mini storage center also features several accommodations added in adherence to local building codes that help better equip it for life in Minnesota, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 60-pound snow load. Part of northwestern Minnesota’s Pennington County, Thief River Falls sits along the confluence of the Thief and Red Lake rivers. The community lies roughly 50 miles outside Grand Forks, North Dakota, and about 70 miles south of the border between Canada and the United States.
