It features (44) separate storage units customers can rent on a monthly basis, and overhead, a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch provides reliable protection from above.

Distributed throughout the steel self-storage building are (44) framed openings, among them (40) 8’x7’ openings enclosing (40) 8’x7’ mini storage doors and (4) 4’x7’ framed openings, each featuring one of (4) 4’x7’ mini storage doors. Supplemental customizations made with regard for the occasional hurricane activity and other climate characteristics of the area and the building codes in place at the property address include a high, 150-mph wind speed rating and 20-pound snow load.

Located in southeastern Mississippi, the city of Lucedale is a part of George County. It sits about 54 miles southeast of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and about 40 miles outside Mobile, Alabama.
