Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (4) pre-engineered metal self-storage buildings in Farmington, Missouri, in September of 2016.

Together, they serve as the Anytime Safe Storage mini storage complex. While all (4) buildings are crafted from premium-grade steel components and boast durable, hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, they all differ in size. The first building stands 30’x170’x8.5’, while the second stands 10’x110’x8.08’. The third building boasts a finished size of 30’x140’x8.5’, while the fourth and final building stands 45’x105’x14.13’.

Distributed among the (4) buildings are (87) framed openings, among them (70) 8’x7’ openings, (10) 4’x7’ openings and (7) 12’x14’ openings. The mini storage complex also features a snow load of 20 lbs. and a wind speed of 90 mph, inclusions that were made to enhance overall durability given the typical climate of Farmington and the surrounding area.
