Light stone in color with a matching, corrosion-resistant metal roof with a 2:12 pitch, the building now functions as a mini storage facility. Constructed using premium-quality steel components, the highly durable, low-maintenance structure stands 24’x170’x9.5’ in size, and it has (34) 8’x8’ framed openings inside, each of which is equipped with one of (34) 8’x8’ mini storage doors.
Additional mini storage facility features include a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph, enhancements made with respect for the climate and weather patterns common in and around Marshfield. A city set within south-central Missouri’s Webster County, Marshfield is a part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Area.
