Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer in Jasper, Missouri, in mid-March of 2020.
Now a mini storage business, the building creates a steady revenue stream for the owner and stands an expansive 20’x70’x8.5’ once raised. Comprised of rugged, quality steel components, the mini storage building has protection overhead thanks to a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and the exterior of the building boasts a combination of Brilliant White and Gallery Blue paint, effectively drawing the eye from the road.
Throughout the self-storage facility are (14) framed openings, among them (7) 5’x7’ openings enclosing (7) 5’x7’ mini storage doors and (7) 8’x7’ openings, each containing one of (7) 8’x7’ mini storage doors. A 15-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made in compliance with local building code requirements.
Part of the Joplin, Missouri, metro area, the city of Jasper belongs to Jasper County, in southwestern Missouri. It sits about 10 miles south of Lamar and about the same distance from Carthage.
