Mini Storage Building Kit in Williamsville, Missouri

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated mini storage building for a customer in Williamsville, Missouri, in late May of 2016.

Adorned with light stone paint, the building is crafted from premium-grade steel materials and now serves as a mini storage complex. It stands 30’x100’x8.5’ in size, and overhead is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Distributed throughout the mini storage complex are (24) framed openings, among them (18) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (18) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and an additional (6) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (6) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

A wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional building features. These inclusions were made to enhance overall durability given the climate and weather patterns characteristic of Williamsville and the surrounding region. A part of southeastern Missouri’s Wayne County, the small city of Williamsville is located along the banks of the Black River. It lies about 143 miles outside Chesterfield and about 24 miles from Poplar Bluff.
