Inside the 40’x36’x14.33’ building with a 0.5:12 roof pitch are (11) rentable storage units, (2) of which are 10’x10’ end units with 8’x7’ framed openings, and (9) of which are 10’x20’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings. All (11) units feature 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage roll-up doors prepped for chateau locks, and all doors are located on the 8.5’ low side. There are also 12” steps 50’ from each end.
Also featured in the steel mini storage building is a roof vapor barrier with a solar guard blanket and a Versi-Tab with a foil finish, as well as wedge anchors and fasteners, gutters and downspouts, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes, and Missouri engineer-stamped drawings.
In consideration of the standard climate and weather patterns of the area, the building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 18 lbs. Located about 30 miles south of the Missouri River, Sedalia is a part of Pettis County in central Missouri. It sits about 9 miles outside Smithton and 8 miles from Dresden.
