Regency Steel Buildings provided these (4) pre-engineered metal buildings in Harrisonville, Missouri, in October of 2016.
All (4) buildings are light stone in color, crafted from high-end steel components and covered overhead by Hawaiian-style roofs with 1:12 pitches, and together, they function as Storage of Mid-America. The first two buildings each stand 140’x120’x9.5’ in size, while the third structure stands 40’x156’x9.5’. The fourth and largest building stands 60’x240’x12’ in size, and distributed among the buildings are (106) framed openings. These include (66) 10’x8’ openings enclosing (66) 10’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (40) 10’x10’ openings, each equipped with one of (40) 10’x10’ Model 650 mini storage doors.
A snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed of 90 mph are included as additional project features, and were added with respect for the climate and weather patterns typically experienced throughout the area.
A city set within west-central Missouri’s Cass County, Harrisonville is situated about 121 miles outside Joplin and 40 miles from Rich Hill.
