Overhead is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside the building are (38) framed openings in two different sizes. Included are (12) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (12) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and an additional (26) 9’x7’ framed openings, each adorned with one of (26) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

Additional mini storage project features include a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 90 mph. These inclusions were made with respect for the climate and weather patterns typical of Greentop and the surrounding area.
