Purchased from Regency Steel Buildings in 2010 these two buildings together encompass a mini storage facility in Malden, Missouri.

The first is sized 20’x160’x8.5’ and the second is 30’x140’x8.5’. Both have roof pitches upgraded to 3:12, as opposed to the standard .5:12. Due to the visibility because of the higher roof pitch the roof of the white building was painted red as opposed to the standard galvalume design.

Both buildings also feature R-Solar Guard insulation, wind loads of 90 mph B and Ground Snow Loads (GSLs) of 30 lbs. Additionally they include gutters, downspouts and eight decorative louvered cupolas.
