Boasting a finished size of 40’x120’x8.5’ with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, the prefabricated steel building now serves as a mini storage complex. It houses (24) units including (12) on each side wall, and all of the units are 10’x20’ in size. Additional features of the metal mini storage complex include 26-gauge roof and wall sheeting, as well as, trim, bracing and Model 650 Janus mini storage doors.
