Long-lasting and low-maintenance, the metal building now serves, with two previously purchased buildings, as a mini storage complex. It boasts light stone-colored paint and stands 40’x120’x8.5’ in size, and covering and protecting it overhead is a hardwearing and corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. The building is crafted from premium-quality steel components, and inside it are (24) 9’x7’ framed openings, each with one of (24) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors equipped with stainless steel latches.

A wind speed rating and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional mini storage project features. These additions were made with respect for the climate and weather patterns common throughout McCook and the surrounding Midwest region.
