Desert sand in color and crafted from premium-grade steel components, the mini storage building boasts a finished size of 40’x150’x8.5’. Its roof is made of exceedingly strong, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside the building are a total of (34) framed openings, all of which have one of (34) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. Additional mini storage project features include a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs., inclusions that were made in consideration of the Mitchell area’s variable seasonal temperatures.
