This Regency mini storage building was supplied from Regency Steel Buildings in 2012 and is the second steel building purchased by the customer based in Newfields, New Hampshire.
It stands 30x130x8.5 and joins an existing 150x200x27 Nucor storage building purchased earlier in 2012. The new mini storage facility is gold in color and features a total of (31) Wayne Dalton Model D-75 tangerine roll-up doors, (25) 9×7 and (6) 4×7. To avoid condensation and related issues, it was constructed with R-8 roof insulation with a vapor barrier.
