Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) steel mini storage buildings for a buyer in Dover, New Hampshire, in 2014.

All three mini storage buildings are light stone in color with burnished slate trim, and are covered by polar white roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches. The first and second buildings stand 40’x200’x8.5 feet, and among them, boast a total of (44) units. These include (36) 10’x20’ bays and an additional (8) 5’x10’ bays. The third mini storage building stands 20’x130’x8.5’ and houses (23) units, (22) of which stand 10’x10’, and (1) of which stands 20’x15’. Building three also has 3” WMP-VR backed roof insulation to maximize energy efficiency and help minimize energy costs, and all (3) buildings have white doors.

The City of Dover experiences extreme variations in temperature throughout the year, and generally sees long, cold winters with considerable snowfall, as well as warm, sometimes hot summers. With this in mind, this mini storage building was designed with a wind speed of 95 mph, a ground snow load of 57 lbs. and a roof snow load of 40 lbs.
